IAF aircraft HPT-32 crashes in Andhra

The aircraft was HPT-32 trainer aircraft which had two on board ..of the Indian Air Force (IAF) on Friday crashed in Andhra Pradesh’s Medak district, killing two …who were the instructors.
Crash Venue :
The mishap occurred at about 9.45am when the HPT-32 training aircraft belonging to Air Force Academy Dundigal crashed in an open ground at Annaram village of Jinnaram Mandal near the academy, a senior police officer said.
The trainee took off the plane at 9 o clock and with in 45 mins the crash took place and reason to be unknown still…
Two instructors Ritin Jain and Chaturvedi were killed on the spot, according to the first information report.
Senior Air Force officials rushed to the spot and the investigations are started …
Further news will be given out to the media in 24 hours ..

Samsung one of the most popular brand since 2005 has now announced the new ebook reader for south korea,the SNE-50K . This is also knows as the Papyrus which looks very small and cute measures only 5 inches of height and 9 mm of thickness and weighs only 6.5 ounces .

Initially this gadget comes with 512 memory of built in memory and its expected to raise in the upcoming versions .

It can be used to view 4320 pages with a single charge …(really worthy )
Finally the price is around $275 and we can expect it to be released in few months.

This is really a gift to General purpose notebook users ..

Solar Eclipse Fever strikes the world !!

World is buzzing with events in anticipation of the July 22 nd total solar eclipse that is drawing all kind of peoples to places where Eclipse can be viewed, including scientists and amateur sky-gazers, and the public.
The most amazing moment of the celestial bodies.. where the moon comes between the sun and the earth is the solar eclipse
Attempting to dispel some of the misconceptions making rounds about the negative impacts of the solar eclipse, scientists said that there was no reason for anyone to be afraid or apprehensive as long as the eclipse enthusiasts were using the approved sunglasses and followed some other simple guidelines.
The basic rule is Don’t watch with your naked eyes.
It doesn’t mean that you have to hide yourself from the solar eclipse ,infact we are blessed to see the most amazing moment of celestial bodies of this century.This will be the only good solar eclipse in this century.
This can be clearly viewed in many parts of the world ..People across central India and in parts of Nepal, Bangladesh, Bhutan, and Myanmar will briefly find themselves in daytime darkness before the solar eclipse proceeds into China.
Most of the best viewing opportunities are in China, where some 30 million people will be able to witness the solar eclipse in the coastal cities of Shanghai and Hangzhou alone, according to veteran eclipse scientist Jay Pasachoff of Williams College in Massachusetts
The eclipse will then continue east, passing over Japan’s Ryukyu Islands before reaching its maximum duration point over the Pacific Ocean, where the sun will be completely blocked by the moon for 6 minutes and 39 seconds, according to NASA scientist Fred Espenak.

solar eclipse in chennai !!

This solar eclipse will be one of those much waiting celestial phenomenon a total solar eclipse. It will be seen in India from 5.35 a.m. to 7.25 a.m. of July 22. and there will be a total eclipse for the duration of 6 minutes and 47 seconds.
The solar eclipse that will take place on Wednesday, July 22, 2009 will be a total eclipse of the Sun with a magnitude of 1.080 that will be visible from a narrow line through north parts of India, east Nepal, north Bangladesh, the northern edge of Myanmar, China central and Pacific ocean.
A total solar eclipse occurs when the moon moves between the sun and the earth, blocking out the sun from the areas in the moon’s shadow. Without the sun’s light, the sky darkens enough for stars to be seen and the corona makes a spectacular halo around the moon.
The solar eclipse can we viewed between 5 20 am to 7 10 am on 22 nd july in chennai .. it will last only for few minutes .This can be clearly watched on the coastal regions of chennai .. still only the partial eclipse is expected to be seen in chennai.
The planetarium in chennai has special arrangements to view the solar eclipse.. so the public can see to it ..

Nokia 6110 Navigator review & configuration !!

Very few phones have integrated GPS these days ,but when you see one with the word navigator you can be preety sure that its GPS mobile and will take care the navigation seriously .
Nokia 6110 has a dedicated GPS key,and is actually the first to phone to introduce this feature.Instead of using Nokia’s own Smart2GO navigation application, this is good as it uses software directly from Route 66.
Detailed Maps are included for eight major cities in the country,though the coverage is not extensive as a dedicated navigation solutions like MapMyIndia navigator.Apart from GPS its full featured S60 smartphone.
GPS performance is quiet good but the Wi/Fi is not that good.The best thing is it works even if SIM card is installed.You can search for destinations and addresses and even change voice language.
