Apple iphone is now into the Facebook ..
Apple iPhone users have a new way to disturb and message their friends on-the-go, as now Facebook has updated its mobile application which is free for every one.
Facebook 3.0 for the iPhone is ready for download from Apple’s Store, and it has better user interface which is similar to the iPhone’s home screen. The Mobile Facebook users who are on the go can now text or call friends from this application, and u have a built-in Web browser so the users don’t have to exit all to the mobile Safari browser to view a friend’s links.
The latest version of Facebook for Apples mobile platform also add’s support for events, and then it enables users to delete and create photo albums, and even control photo tagging. Users with the iPhone 3GS can also upload videos when they are on the go.
The mobile sector is important for this social network because around 70% of the more than 250 millions of Facebook users are outside the United States, and these users may be accessing the site fully via cell phone only.
The updated application is part of Facebook’s great strategy to have a stronger presence on mobile phone sector. It also distributes all applications for BlackBerry, Windows Mobile, and other phones too. The company is reportedly trying to have stronger integration with Nokia phones, and official Android application is expected very soon.
