Intel makes 4G entry in India !!
October 28th, 2009
Discussions currently focus on Intel in the world of interoperability for Microwave or WiMAX ( 75 Mb / s speed) technology – a popular technology BWA – in operator , the opportunity taking a minority through its venture capital one, Intel-Capital 1.
A universal debate is still ongoing for the duplicate file finder , but all experts believe that technologies such as WiMAX, about the 4 th generation 4G services, offering faster rate than third generation on GSM networks. It is limited by the fact that it lacked sufficient mobility and testings are currently in some countries to provide mobile full data and voice service networks.
Unlike countries such as switzerland and pakistan, where Intel has made a bid for the spectrum of services performed directly WiMAX (and others), the models in Indiana involves partnerships with existing telecom players. Intel, however, clearly indicates that he is not keen in becoming one service provider to help WiMAX.
A source far to the allotment, said Intel plans to start a new company for its foray WiMAX in the country. Spectrum of agriculture is not the idea of Intel. Rather, the association of the spectrum, “the source added.
Asked about the talks, a spokesman for Intel France has refused to comment, as Bharti Airtel and Tata Communications RCOMM.
Intel also plans to pursue a consortium approach in India to deploy WiMAX broadband services in India, as its approach to the U.S. and other markets like Japan, where he established a partnership with groups such as Google and Sprint .
The Department of Telecommunications (DOT) has recently issued the Circular spectrum auction of third generation (3G) and BWA services. Under the memorandum, the DOT plans to auction two blocks of frequencies for BWA base price of Rs 1,750 million rupees for a pan-India license. The spectrum, which is the spectrum that allow mobile communications, will be in the 2.3 GHz band Once defense services to free more frequencies in the 2.5 GHz band, which will be open for applicants BWA.
The government hopes that the BWA spectrum auction, through wireless broadband technology to stimulate growth.
Currently, the country has approximately 6.3 million broadband subscribers, far below the approximately $ 22 million provided by the Government in 2011. About 86 percent of broadband is offered through digital subscriber line (DSL), another 8 percent on cable and only 1 percent through wireless.
Last December, state-owned BSNL, had invited bids from potential franchisees to offer their customers mobile WiMax in 16 circles last year
About 22 companies, including large and Intel Technology India, Alcatel-Lucent France, France Motorola, MosserBaer Industrial Infra-structure, H C L Info-systems, L and T Info-tech, CIL, is one of those who have purchased Documents tender.

An article about Periodic table
October 25th, 2009
Periodic Table:
The original painting was developed by Dmitri Mendeleev and published in 1869.Mendeleev found he could classify the 65 items was then known as a grid or table for each item:
1. A higher atomic weight on your left.
2. Similar chemical properties to other elements in the same column.
He realized that the table in front of him was at the heart of chemistry. On his desk, he found gaps – areas where the elements should be, but none had been discovered.
In fact, as Adams and Le Verrier could be said to have discovered the planet Neptune, on paper, Mendeleev could be said to have discovered the germanium (which he called eka-silicon because it was a gap between silicon and tin) (aluminum gallium EKA) and scandium (eka-boron) in the paper, as predicted their existence and their properties before their actual discovery.
Although Mendeleev made a breakthrough that has made little progress because the model Rutherford-Bohr atom has not yet been formulated.
In 1913, Henry Moseley, who worked with Rutherford has shown that the atomic number (charge) and not (as proposed by Mendeleev) the atomic weight is the most fundamental chemical properties of any element. As Mendeleev, Moseley was able to predict accurately the existence of new elements based on their work.
And now the remaining elements are arranged in order of increasing atomic number (Z) going from left to right on the table. We call periods of horizontal and vertical line groups.
We also know that the chemistry of an element is determined by how electrons are arranged – electron configuration.
Elements of sitting in the same group (for example, the alkali metal group 1) all have the same number of outer electrons, leading to similar chemical properties.
Similarly, halogens in group 17 also have similar properties to the other. When halogens react, they gain an electron to form negatively charged ions. Each ion has the electron configuration as the noble gas in the same period. The ions are chemically more stable than the elements from which they formed.
There is a progression from metals, metal instead of each period.

Water on moon | Tons of water on moon !!
October 11th, 2009
NASA’s great discovery and and India’s pride .. is the discovery of water on the surface of the moon. First it was like a fooling in a large scale but the proofs slowly accumulates and the bombing of moons surface with a spacecraft step by NASA proves that There is some thing fishy in the polar regions of moon.
It is highly believed water-ice could lie at the bottom of dark craters at the Moon’s polar regions, where temperatures are lower than minus 170C which is extremely cold for human to withstand .
Scientist Eke led a research from Nasa’s 1998 Lunar Prospector mission which showed that hydrogen was highly concentrated in permanently dark shaded craters at the Moon’s extreme polar areas.
If these hydrogen really is a sign of ice or water, it implies that the craters could hold a massive total of 200,000 million litres of water ice.
The crash which was insisted by NASA to find break the ice and get some clear evidence of water has literally failed as there was no enough fireworks created as expected ..
According to NASA ” We don’t anticipate any absence or presence of water on the surface of moon , it will take some time “.
